IHOP food prices have gone up & food quality down. Drink prices outrageous. I was a regular, almost daily, at IHOP for 5 years and was part of their “rewards” program with over 130 Penny’s. What IHOP do? They ask you to change password & made it so difficult that I could never get logged back in. I lost my rewards but they lost a regular customer.

You have a very complicated method for earning pancake coins. I have trouble finding the number of coins I have every time I look for that data on your website.

went to the ihop in dallas plano and i have to say i wasn't too impressed with the quality of the food. One of our eggs was served raw and the pancakes were so so. Unless youre drunk and 3pm this isn't really the place to go.

We went to IHOP in Winnipeg on July 24, 2023. The service was ok, but the food was very disappointing for the price- very small portions (smaller than when I'd been there previously), soggy pancakes my daughter couldn't eat, avocado added to my husband's pancake tacos when he didn't ask for them (and we were charged extra for that), and my sampler platter was tiny. The bill was ridiculous, almost 80 with reasonable tip for just three meals, a coffee, a coke and and a chocolate milk. we won't be going back.

This place is extremely short handed. One couple was waiting for over 20 minutes. When another waitress Andrea (minni) walked in, she took care of them and my family of 8. There was a party going on. When they left so did the waitress on duty. Left Andrea to train a new girl and to clean her tables and mess. That is very inappropriate!!!! If it's not a matter of life or death, she should be fired! Andrea was busting her butt, seating people, taking orders,ringing up customers, busting tables, training a new server. This woman deserves a raise and a promotion. There should be more servers like her in every restaurant.

Hospital food I mean seriously the best way to describe it as hospital food and I just had it this morning. I literally just a IHOP this morning and it tasted like hospital food. In fact I'm pretty sure the hospital food that I ate last time I was in the hospital is better than IHOPs sub-par hospital food. IHOP? More like IWouldRatherBeHospitalized because, at least then, I wouldn't have to worry about some nasty ass food that somehow tastes like hospital food, if hospital food was just slightly worse than it actually typically is. Also, the word hospice comes to mind literally, there was an old woman in the booth behind me. She kept choking and sounded like had a death rattle in her throat. (Yuck!) I looked behind me in disbelief to see an old woman, staring at me with her eyes wide open, and the worst part was that she wasn't even eating any food. She would literally just drinking orange juice, but for some reason kept acting like she was choking on bacon or something. I am convinced that IHOP is somewhere in between between the twilight zone and HELL, ...

The hostess told us the wait was about 20-25 minutes, ok no problem. Within 10 minutes we were seated. The waitress we had was apparently new, however she was also slow. My husband's order came out first, actually the pancakes came first then the rest of his food after he had almost finished his pancakes. We had to ask her to refill his coffee. Finally, my food came out. It was cold. I asked for the manager. The waitress came out and asked me what the problem was, first time I could actually hear her say something. I told her that I wanted the manager because my food was cold. She left, came back a minute later and asked if I wanted my food remade and my husband answered yes. Then the manager came and I explained to her everything that had happened since we sat down. She then brought my breakfast out. The waitress had given us plastic flatware but the manager was able to find actual flatware. When I paid for our meals, the waitress did not even give me back the correct change and told me that they didn't have any change. She gave us a dollar out of her tips and told us to keep it, I left it on the table along with our tip. This waitress was inexperienced and should not have been put on a super busy shift, especially alone. We were not the only ones that had to send food back.

I placed an order day before with IHOP in FAirfax, VA location to make sure gets delivered on time for the morning, but still they managed to screw it up and deliver it 30 minutes late. I spoke with manager, but she cared less. Very bad experience.
