My order was very late and when I received it it was cold

So IHOP got rid of their Hoppy Hour. Sodas were 1.50 they are now 3.29. Mozzarella sticks were 4.00 now 8.99. So 3 breakfast items a fry and mozzarella sticks with 4 sodas was 55.00 WTH. Not coming back, used to be every week

Very poor service. Waited 20mins after being seated. Only good staff was man that seated me. Props go to him. He came back, because I was getting ready to walk. Place was pretty much empty, but women walking or standing while I waited.

The location by lakeside mall is so bad! If you walk in after 7pm, no one will even walk up to help you. I was standing there for 5mins and didn't see 1 worker.

Not sure that anything is wrong here. I haven’t been to IHOP for awhile and I don’t as shocked at the prices for breakfast. I had French Toast. 2 slices of bacon and hot tea. With tip over $24.00. The last time I ate at Red Lobster for lunch it was just over $22.00. WOW.

went to ihop at 1295 silas creek parkway winston Salem NC at 1253pm we ordered food and two coffee's the problem is the wait time the coffee came out warm stuck my finger in the coffee waiting for a least a first degree burn but nothing, had to tell the waitress the coffee was cold she said she couldn't understand why the pot was just made she went back to get the after a five minutes of wait time the coffee came out hot (as it should have been the first time) then we ordered it took like 25 minutes for the food to come out the food was hot as it should be the racism came out because a party of three black adults came in sat at the table next to us ordered and there order came out right away I would say less then ten minutes I think next time I will go into the kitchen and make it myself

1. Sat until our food arrived without silverware 2. Ordered crispy bacon (not crispy at all) 3. Waitress never came back to check on us after we received our food. We needed tabasco sauce, strawberry syrup and more napkins. 4. Someone needs to train these servers how tp take care of customers 5. Worst crepes ever had!

The so called “biscuit “ was a hockey puck, in shape and taste. So the biscuit and gravy was a “no winner and never order again “
