I was planning my trip to US and wanted to visit a restaurant of IHOP (The International House Of Pancakes). This is no means international as I'm unable to enter the website without US IP address.

And also at the interveiw every employee I saw working was mexican

YUCKY!!!! we just walked out of IHOP . First the waitress by the name of Salazar sits us right by the walk way when you first walk in . I ask her can we sit Some where else because it’s a high traffic area . She snatches the menu and sits us at another table with a big blue X which means to me and to anyone else there, that you are not suppose to sit there (because of Social distance ) . The waitress then walks off . The gentlemen behind me says “ hey you are not suppose to be sitting here”. . I told him I know . I had to go back up to where the waitress was at to tell her the person who works there that I’m suppose to sit here. She tells her other co -worker “ I thought you was going to seat them “ considering that she sat us there and stormed off without a word. She eventually moves us to another section as she snatches the menu again . The waiter comes over he was very pleasant . Took our orders my friend order coffee and I ordered water in a plastic cup . He brings her back the coffee in a glass mug . The damn glass mug had lipstick on it . We just left . We tried to give eating out a chance because of the whole corona this just proved why we shouldn’t of . All the waiters and waitress all had on gloves. However none of them changed their gloves . I watched as they went from one table to the next and touching the machine to put in Orders without changing their gloves . . . Which means that whatever they touch is on the gloves and they have passed it on from table to table and the machine . THIS IS CALLED CROSS CONTAMINATION!!!!! I’m highly disappointed by the service I just received . They manager might want to consider having the employees take classes on cross contamination and on how to improve their customer service . I refuse to pay to be treated wrong and to pay to get sick .

This morning I had a taste for scrapple so I went to IHop on Pulaski Hwy as I usually do. Place my order scrapple, eggs, and waffle milk with my meal. my breakfast came I started eating and on the place with my waffle was mouse droppings. Call my waitress and she got the manager who took her time and when she did come told me it was waffle run off. Please, I said you feel it I know mouse droppings she had the nerve to ask me it I wanted another waffle. I walked out.. What would make her think I would eat there after that. The staff was rude and disrespectful. There was a lot of commotion and the manager had to yell at several workers several times!! The food was good but, the environment was terrible. The location is in Florence, South Carolina by the Florence Mall.

Hello I would like to tell about my visit. We were seated in a booth. the coffee pot was on the table when we sat down dirty with coffee all over it. The waitress took the pot and brought the same pot back with coffee in it. I told her that was disgusting and I need a different pot. So, she took the pot and rinse it off and brought it back it still had some coffee on it and water. And gave me a cup. the cup had coffee with creamer dried on it. At this point we got up to leave when I notice that the restaurant score was a 92. I was a manager of a restaurant and I know what that means. That your restaurant is unhealthy and very dirty to eat in very disgusting.

I worked at the Ihop in Crystal Lake for two weeks of training located on 6606 Northwest Highway. They don’t have time to clean any equipment since they are open 24 hours and have only two cooks with too many mouths to feed. I watched them wash the silverware and if you knew the process I’m sure you would be disgusted. The machine washer splashes all of the contents of the silverware to one another, cross contaminating in a mass. There are to many dishes going through the machine at a time making it impossible to get a thorough cleanse. I watched the manager pick off crud from the silverware and roll it into a napkin, talk about cringeworthy. The general manager Jody is sincerely fake to all of her customers, delusional with the belief that it is the reason they return. Jody Is viciously rude and demanding of her employees under circumstances not regarding the customers. Rather she feels a sense of control and power when she manipulates her employees to kiss up and get on her good side.
