Went to restaurant in the Wisconsin dells this morning for breakfast it was absolutely horrible the food was cold the eggs were rubbery the hash browns were dry the waffles and pancakes were cold the seating area was ice cold. We will never eat there again.

Called 3 times for curb service before someone answered. We live in Athens and love their breakfast. Supposed to be ready in 15 minutes - returned and called to let them know I was outside. Took 4 times for an answer. Attendant went to check on order and after about 7 minutes I drove to Panera while connected to IHOP. Ordered at Panera and cut connection to IHOP. Never heard from them. No more breakfast visits there. Sorry because we especially love their pancakes.

Merrillville Ind on 12/22/20 at 10;30 am was TERRIBLE. service TERRIBLE. Manager yelling at staff, running like she's nuts. Waitress disappeared after meal was delivered. She was in the back working on cleaning dishes. Went to the front of the store twice to ask for water - once asked the manager. Finally got it when the disgruntled waitress delivered the bill. It was AWFUL. I hope the place closes down.

Our IHop experiance sucked . My girlfriend's order is by far the easiest order ever . She orders the same damned thing every time . Yet they screwed it up at least 2 to 4 times . She ordered (today) a grilled chicken sandwich . With only chicken mayo and letuce . It cane with chicken mayo lettuce cheese melted . She sent it back and they scraped the cheese off and brought the fricking thing back with pickles on the fricking thing She didnt want them because can't eat them . Then she told them that a third time they finally after telling them that again they brought her fresh lettuce and extra mayo .( After a 10 minute wait) But please rest assured she got to enjoy a cold frickin chicken sandwich that sucked . We WILL NOT BE RETURNING AGAIN . Our friends and family will know this .

IHOP is advertising through their website and even media outlets about IHOP sending a free stack of pancakes "now" and on your birthday after signing up for their IHOP membership. This is beyond untrue and falsely advertising. I have saved emails and spoken with one of their supervisors. I signed up on Oct 31st 2020 and as of today Nov 3rd 2020, still no coupon.. The supervisor, Joey, that I spoke with stated, I would need to wait another 2-3 days for the coupon!! As the coupon the their marketing dept created had a Glendale, CA address and my address, as saved in their membership site, is in Austin, TX. There has never been an IHOP near me so I thought to try this last Saturday .. As of today, it has been 4 days without a DIGITAL coupon. That supervisor stated it would be another 2 to 3 days to receive the corrected DIGITAL coupon. Worst customer service and IHOP you almost had a customer..almost

I will not be returning to any I hop restaurants. When I am forced to view menu online only. This is the most stupidest thing ever. What about the older population that can't. Talking about well I won't go there

Worst customer service. I was over charged for eggs on my door dash order. After MANY attempts to contact manager, I got no help. I stopped going to IHOP along time ago and I remember why. Poor service with poor food. Waffle house is across the street with better food for better price. Never going to IHOP again. I'd rather starve!

I ordered online for curbside pickup. They said they would bring it out when it was ready i waited 10 minutes past the time it was suppose to be done. No one came out, i went inside and it was sitting on the table with 4 staff members just standing around. Not happy about that. Got home and was taking the containers out of the bag and they were covered in syrup and i asked for crispy hashbrowns and they were still frozen in the middle. Not happy, not eating here again.
