I ordered delivery from the 153rd street location in Olathe, KS. The order was delivered and it was not correct. I received an order for someone else. I contacted the restaurant, and a manager said it would be easier if I just reordered, and she would refund the first order, and watch for my ticket and rush the order out. I did this and an hour & 1/2 later I finally got the order, again missing some items but it was 9pm at that point so just dealt with it. To date a week later I still do not have the refund from the first order. I have tried calling this location 4 different times and the phone rings off the hook and then someone picks up and hangs up the phone. I have contacted their corporate office, just waiting for them to make this right. Avoid this location, nothing but issues.

I went to the one in Pinecrest, Fl today . The staff was not waring a mask ! Jeffery, our waiter , had the worst attitude I've ever experienced. We spent 1hr 20min just for breakfast! The service was super slow , after waiting for 40 min after we ordered, he brought the eggs first and said he would be back with the pancakes and toasts ..after another 15 min , when everything was already cold , he came with the rest of the food . Terrible service ! never be back again !!!!

We went to our local IHOP in Gainesville Ga for a quick pancake treat. We were shown to a table where we waited for almost 30 minutes! No one gave us water or let us know when we could order our food! The waitress who was in charge of our section of this restaurant could not be bothered by waiting on our table! To say we were frustrated would be an understatement. As we got up to leave this same waitress refused to acknowledge us as she was too busy talking to a couple who appeared to be her friends. As we left my son in law spoke to the manager regarding the lack of attention and all she could say was “I can get you all water!” I will never go back to IHOP as it has devolved into a low rent high priced dump of a restaurant chain.

I would rarely post a negative review, however, IHOP in Rapid city, South Dakota deserves one. I am not overly concerned with Covid, but I expect businesses to be cleanly and proactive. I visited the ihop in Rapid city for the first and last time. I attempted to use the men's room and it was thoroughly disgusting. Trash over flowing and all over the floor. Grease all over the floor. Stains on walls. The urinal had a yellow algae looking scum. It appeared to not have been cleaned in quite sometime. The sink was also dirty. I could not with good conscience even wash my hands. There were plenty of personnel walking about but nobody rushed to check restroom or make any effort to speak with me. I told my server and was informed the dish washer guy was responsible for the bathroom. I hope he is more cleanly washing dishes. I wrote corporate to complain and have yet to receive a response. I would advise anyone looking for food to go elsewhere. I doubt I will ever use an ihop again. Too bad in this day and age with jobs available everywhere and such attention to germs a business conducts such poor service. For the company corporate headquarters to ignore my complaint, it seems irresponsible and borderline criminal.

I went to a Colorado Springs IHOP today (8/7/21) with 2 friends, and to another one three weeks ago, and both experiences were miserable: the wait is long, the coffee hardly drinkable, the food is mediocre, barely warm, the waiter incompetent and the price horrific: $52 for an omelet and two 2x2x2! I guess for some strange reason they decided to dispense with the paper table sets, and not to have to bother with disinfecting syrup and coffee pitchers. We had to wait and insist to get teaspoons so we could actually stir and drink our coffee, wait and insist on getting syrup, so our pancakes got cold. They are ruining what used to be a perfectly decent brand. NEVER AGAIN!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I went to the Ihop in east lansing,MI on Sunday July 18 ,2021 around 12:30 pm for a pick up order.( I have been going there every sunday for over 10 years now) but have never experienced such a rudeness from a team member. Upon arrival and waiting for 10 minutes, there was still no one at the curbside station nor a bell to ring . Though I said hello many times, no one even budged . I saw the kitchen door open and knocked and said hello again . The manager in the kitchen without even asking what my concern was started ranting that it was very impolite for me to knock and say hello. Instead, he wanted me to apologize for knocking and was cursing me out for that ( he did not even give me a chance to say a word as per his statement he had to many other clients to attend to waste his time listening to me ) and ended up telling to take my business somewhere else or go back and wait for I don't know how long. I was so flabbergasted by his attitude , went back to the waiting area till a waiter brought me my food. I did not say a word because I did not want to challenge someone who is handling my food as we never know what may happen . As a business owner myself, that kind of customer service is unacceptable, specially from people that are put in charge . What example are they showing to the other team meembers? If this is the new face of IHop then I will take my business somewhere else as suggested

Openly homophobic staff refused to address us and spoke about our sexuality openly in front of my wife when she went to use the bathroom. Two waitstaff were gossiping directly about us, I called one a “rude ass” because frankly it was disgusting behavior and was asked to leave by management because I was taping their conduct. Garbage from the top down but I have video evidence to prove it.

Ihop Lansing Illinois had the rudest customer service online process I have ever seen. I ordered food from online I sat in the order pickup area for 30 min until I decided to call they brought me half my order out and told me they didn’t see my other part I requested a refund they told me no so now I’m going to have to contact law enforcement to see if I can somehow get my money back
