The worst place I have ever had breakfast in USA while on holiday. It was so cold inside (possibly so that diners will not stay to long), but we had been forewarned. We took warm coats with us. The food was served so cold that the butter would not melt on the pancake. Everything else served to our table was at a temperature that indicated it had just been cooked and put in a refrigerator before being served. Tried to write to CEO of Dine, but emails bounce back with a note saying permission needed for the recipient to accept. Easiest way to avoid what we experienced - DO NOT EAT AT IHOP

Several years ago we went to IHOP on my lunch break. Went in and ordered. Sat and waited 45 minutes and no meal. Finally after 47 minutes our waitress came back to our table and said " When I turned in your order the cook went on her lunch break " I told her I had to get back to work so I got up to leave. As I went by the register the manager took my check and rung it up over 20.00. I paid and he asked how was my meal and I said what meal? I told him what happened and he said oh yes the cook has to take an hour break but if I wait she will be back in 5 minutes. So I left without a meal and 20.00 less

Why have curbside pick up if this location in Hot Springs isn't staffed to service it???? This is the third time I've come to pick up yo be told I'll need to come in and pick up because they can't bring it to me. That's like going in to eat and telling the guest to go get their own food from the kitchen window!

Went there with family after church. Our waitress "keisha" I believe...was high and rude. She was seen doing drugs with an older woman maybe in her 50's. Didn't catch her name. They both are Caucasian. She was so rude to us..she saw us praying and made comments about it laughing..she was witnessed doing drugs in the bathroom. God help her and this restaurant. It's the Ihop in Manassas mall manassas VA.

Bad Service ! Steak was raw, I had to ask multiple times for silverware and sauces ,found hair in food . Very disappointed in the food . Not that clean!

My driver waited over a half hour at the window for my delivery order and she says she has to do that all the time! I'll never order from you again. My breakfast was almost an hour overdue!

Ordered online 2 Family Breakfast with Grits ($60.00) at the E-West Connection location. Arrived there and stood at front counter for 8 min. without any kind of acknowledgement, all staff seen me standing at front door, but they was too busy talking and joking with each other. 3 staff members actually walked right pass me (nothing said).When I stop a staff and received my order and returned home I notice that there was no bacon or sausage with my order. so I called to let them know about the situation and was told to come back so could give me the rest of my order ( 8 miles) I arrived there..asked for a Mgn. as I was waiting for a Mgn. a waitress came up front asked the next person how many in his party he said 6 and she said ok and walked off,,never came back(wearing what seems to be small rollers in her hair) she was LOUD TALKING about working a double shift. I will NEVER GO BACK EVER. MGN needs to start screening their employees !!!!!!!!!! They still shorted my order..should have been (16 sausage & 16 bacon) no where near that!!!! Very Poor Customer Service!!!Those type of staff members will run your business in the ground.( They don't care)

I was very upfront about my allergy yet they did not accommodate me at all for it and left it up to me to guess what contained my allergy or not. -This is the IHOP in Salem, MA
