This should not come as a surprise about IHOP on SR 7 & Glades Road, Boca Raton, Florida. I experienced the very worst of service, cleanliness and over all experience. For beginners there are tables still with dishes of discarded food that remained like that for my 40 minutes that I was there. The coffee urn is caked up with numerous servings that came out of it. It was cruddy. I asked to a new, clean one and that was just as bad. I had a window seat so the sunlight had shown all the dust and crud on the lights, chairs, walls and window. Then I happen to look up to the ceiling. The central air vents are blackened. I had to ask for food to be warmed that was served cold. I asked a different waiter to pass me a take out container because the waitress was finally clearing off the tables with the discarded food and plates with her bare hands and I didn’t want her to touch my takeout container. Florida Board of Health really needs to make an unannounced inspection of this place. To top off the visit the lighting is poor going to the lavatory and inside the lavatory has its own issues. Last visit ever. P.S. The manager just strolls through, gets a glass of water and didn’t even react to observing other tables still not cleaned off from prior use.

This looked like a new menu. The server seemed new but he did a great job. The last time I came the store was full and we had a long wait because there weren’t enough servers. This time the store was half full on the weekend so we sat and were served quickly this time, so we were off to a good start. I always loved breakfast and other meals from this chain on the East Coast. Recently We went for an early dinner. I ordered the bacon burger with a side of onion rings. The burger was fine, but I couldn’t believe there were only 4 onion rings on a bare looking plate. The picture with the side of fries had onion rings on it as well, this looked more like they just pushed them off the burger, and was not a side of onion rings. How disappointing. My boyfriend order the BLT with fries. It was the skimpiest meal we ever saw. It barely had any bacon or tomato and was as thin as the bread that held it together. The single layer of laid completely down and did not pile a single fry over another and barely covered the plate. We both ordered shakes for $5.99 each, I had the vanilla and he had the chocolate. They tasted great but were smaller than I would get anywhere else and really was left thirsty before my meal came, so I asked for water to complete my meal. The food came quickly but the shake didn’t last long enough to make it to the meal. It would have been nice to get the rest of the shake in the mixer because the shake glasses are less than average sized. I wouldn’t mind paying more for it if was more satisfying. While waiting for the food, we tried joining their rewards program advertised in the table. It didn’t work and nobody knew how to make it work for us. So we didn’t bother. I looked around at this truck stop location thinking this couldn’t satisfy a hungry trucker, but although I saw trucks in the lot, I didn’t see truckers eating like I would have before. Could it be because of portion sizes? We both left surprisingly unsatisfied and sadly would not go back again because we had to snack again later. It’s like we were not given adult portions. I’m hopeful they didn’t do the same thing to their breakfast specials that they are famous for, because that was always good before as well.

Went to the I HOP on Old Troy Pike in HuberHights OH. with my wife and two sons for breakfast today. Absolute worst experience I have ever had. My wife asked the waiter for another hot tea and the waiter brought her A GLASS of hot water. After burning my hand on the glass of water, I asked to speak to the manager, several minutes later we were graced with his presence. Asked him to pick up the half a glass of water that was left over from filling my wife's cup. It did not seem to concern him that the hot water was served in an 8oz glass. Then after 45 minutes we observed that the several parties that had arrived at the restaurant after we did had been served and were leaving. At that time we decided it was time to leave and find a place where we could get food, and when I stopped at the counter to pay for our drinks, the cashier had to go threw close to everyone before the manager came strolling by and asked if there was something he could do for me. I informed him of our dilemma and told him I wished to pay for our drinks so we could go and find a restaurant where we could get something to eat. I WILL NEVER EAT AT I HOP AGAIN!

While visiting the IHOP at Kempsriver crossing in Virginia Beach, I ordered the 2-2-2 deal at approximately 12:30 PM on Thursday 16Jun22. I had not eaten anywhere else, including at my home, during the day in question. When I returned to the restaurant afterwards to inform them about the situation, both the manager and the owner refused to accept any responsibility nor refund any of my money (Bill was ONLY $6.68). The owner then inferred that it may have been alcohol related (I don't drink alcohol). They did not apologize nor offer any discount or refund, then quickly asked me to leave the premises indicating the police would be called if I didn't leave. I then offered to wait for the police outside, but they never actually came. Very bad business etiquette. I will never eat there again, not because of the presumed food poisoning, but because of their attitude toward me when I informed of myself getting sick. VBHD and VHD were notified of the issue. I hope this message may help someone else avoid this horrible IHOP & restaurateur.

Ihop in Palm Desert, California has good food, but the service is mostly slow up to 1 hour, making the line long with the end outside the door, and it's always crowded like In N Out Burger. People are rude and are waiting impatiently and aggressively in line all frustrated and servers are slow and rude. The prices are expensive with inflation that range up to 90 dollars. Do NOT go to that Ihop.

IHOP 2211 Kūhiō Ave., Honolulu, We came in for dinner and had to send both burgers back because they were still cold in the middle. Gave them another chance for breakfast the next day, but even after repededly asking for syrup and cutlery, we finally fetched it ourselves from another table. When the food arrived it was missing one pancake in one stack, the other was first delivered to another table, sat there a few minutes, then brought to us (cold). Service was at an absolute minimum, and the food was barely OK..

9 of us went to your IHOP in Limon, COLORADO on March 30,2022 for a meeting brunch. The service was ok but the wait for our meal was 48 minutes and the food was cold. We contacted the manager and he didn’t care and was very rude, blamed everything on the staff. He said it wasn’t his problem and if we didn’t like the food not to come back. They weren’t busy either.
