I an 14 year old young man, I want to be a food critic one day and this is my first review i love I hop but this Unexceptionable We went to the one on Woodruff Road in Greenville SC. The floors, tables and the menu's were sticky. I wish they could do better than that. The food was not as good as it could have been. I ordered regular milk but it tasted like Almond milk,and the restrooms were very dirty. They were not even busy.The wait staff were to busy talking and not taking care of the customers. If a 14 year old kid,who is normally messy and has to be told what should be kept clean? The people who have chosen this as a way to make their money,should take pride in what they do. After all, they represent the company of I hop. I hop they will do better in the future.

Location not busy. Waitress picked picked up payment for check that was covered by two gift cards. She returned and advised one card had $4 on it other only $2. It was newly purchased $25 card. She kept the card and collected additional $20+ from us. We let her openly steal from us rather than make a scene.

Valdosta, GA. Do not eat there. The food was really bad in taste and temperature. Serving small portions on a small plate doesn’t trick anyone and the prices are too high for what you get. The roach I killed inside the menu should have been an indicator to leave. Server was great. Not her fault.

I made a online delivery order with IHOP in Emeryville, CA. When I received my order all my food was not in the order, 3 items. I called the restaurant to inform them. I ended up having to go to the restaurant to get my food after I paid for a delivery. I was told I would get refunded some of my money which did not happen. The manager was very dismissive when talking to me. He started speaking with someone else before helping me after waiting over 5 mins before he came to the front, then before he was finish with my problem he started helping someone else. They wanted me to contact DoorDash but the mistake was not DoorDash fault, and it says in the order email to contact restaurant for order & delivery problems. DoorDash didn't mess up the order, they just picked it up and delivered.They tell you some bs about having to contact DoorDash because they don'thave access. I didn't place the order through DoorDash, I placed it through IHOP. I really don't appreciate having to go to the restaurant after I paid for delivery that was the whole point so I didn't have to go there. I also didn't appreciate the manager's attitude toward it all. They need to make sure orders are correct before they leave the restaurant. They won't get any of my money ever again.

DO NOT VISIT THE IHOP ON INTERNATIONAL DRIVE ,ORLANDO FLORIDA. Service was terrible ,over priced ,and not very large the waitresses stood around talking and falling out with the kitchen staff.When we were leaving i entered my card but the waitress wouldnt return my card until i put in the tip ,of either 5,10, or 15 dollars.i told her i wasnt giving a tip as the service was terrible but she insisted and wouldnt return the card.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT GO..

My account was used to place a pickup purchase order in California and I live in Virginia. I went online, changed my password and wanted to send IHOP an email advising regarding a possible hack and to look into this since online fraud is on the rise. I filled up the contact us form 4 times, twice on Mozilla Firefox and twice on Microsoft Edge and all I get is "Error 500", bottom line it didn't go through and they will not get this notice from a concerned customer to be on the lookout and take the necessary precautions. The thief who placed the order used redemption code and whatever points I had in my account. IHOP, if you see this message and care about your customers and take action, you better send me an acknowledgement that the issue will be addressed not only for me, but for everyone else that uses your online portal. Thank you

The food was good. However, the server was not attentive to our needs. I had to get up three times to ask him for service. There was an uncapped bottle of syrup sitting on one of the tables. There were flies in the restaurant. There was a puddle of water that was on the floor when we arrived and remained there until we left. serveral servers just walked through it as though it wasn’t there. There was a server sitting down at the end of the table rapping silverware with ungloved hands. There was a dispute between two servers about our server waiting on a table that wasn’t his. This was aired out in our presence. This was far from being a pleasant visit. The only reason I left a tip was I am aware that servers livelihood depend on them. It certainly wasn’t because of the service. I have pictures to prove some of these issues. I was there 12:43 PM

This is three for three delivery orders from Ihop and all three have been messed up despite my having called in to verify the order each time. This last time no hash browns and no syrup for my waffle. Called to complain and they said they would bring it out. Three hours later and still nothing.
