IHOP FLORIDA-INTERNATIONAL DRIVE the servers here are 10/10. I feel bad for the servers because they're genuine down to earth people. The food compared to 4 years ago though is horrific. Nothing here is seasoned. The chips taste like nothing. The breakfast you can tell is made with powdered cheap ingredients. The pancakes just taste raw and, they smother them in sauce to mask how disgusting they taste. $14.95 for a phillysteakhouse with slices of plastic cheese on it, overdone and again cheap unseasoned steak. Anything else on the menu, tasteless, unseasoned, and smothered in sauce to mask the taste. IHOP quickly turned into what now seems like a fast food McDonald's like restaurant. Don't eat st IHOP until they change their ingredients and make the food edible again..

Never go to IHOP. The "birthday cake pancake"sprinkles tasted like actual chemicals. There was food poisoning because I threw up 3 times and the employees didn't give a crap. They were so rude. Don't go here at ALL.

IHOP San Francisco, Fishermans Wharf - give it a miss, the staff are crap & the woman who owns it is crazy. Staff are targetting tourists to pay cash only, I think they'e scamming the owner & not recording cash orders then keeping the money themselves. When I reported this to IHOP Head Office, they gave me contact details for the franchisee owner & her response was ridiculous. She's a crazy women claiming it doesn't happen, that I was lying & no staff were doing that. I showed her Google reviews from 3 months ago by other people who were also targeted with "cash only" & she claimed I was making it up. So I asked her if she was instructing the staff to run a cash only business on the sly, as it was suspicious that she wasn't concerned about it, she then went off her nut sending me 4 emails threatening her attorney, asking me to give her all the info on all Google reviews - she is BONKERS! I mean she only has to look up Google reviews herself, why am I suddenly keeper of all Google reviews??? She claimed to have hidden audio at her restaurant & that she listened to it & didn't find her staff asking for cash only, when I called her on the impossibility of that & she was full of it, she started harping on & telling me she'd send proof - she hasn't by the way. I think she's purposely pushing cash only & hiding it from the IRS too. Her name is Karen Jo Miles, kjmihop at gmail.com.

Jesus was our waiter and delivered our strawberry and whipped cream waffle combo breakfast to our table. See actual entree photos from our table and their website for comparison (ATTACHED). I informed Jesus this looks different from the photo in the menu. He said nothing, returned to the kitchen, and brought us a small container of cut strawberries. As he was walking away from our table, he asked, "Are you happy now?". No apologies or anything. WOW! I informed the manager, and he gave us a discount on our bill. Thanks, Mr. Manager. He said he was going to talk with Jesus.

IHOP in Sumter SC was a good company and good place to eat. The Management and crew staff does not care for the establishment and does not care for the customers. Me and a couple of employees there was talking about how they wasn't getting paid and that's why they didn't care about the company and the job. No company should have employees working if the crew members aren't getting paid. I completely understand why the employees does not care for the customers or the job. This IHOP in Sumter SC needs to do better and pay the employees so we as customers can enjoy the food and the great customer service that I know that IHOP has instilled in the employees.

i went to the i hop on the corner of douglas and sunrise in citrus heights california it was my worst experiance at any resturant i ordered waffle 2 eggs and hash browns with two sausage links the egs were cold and only partially cooked my friend ordered creppes and they were cold to the touch . i do not blame the staff i blame who ever is in charge of teaching the staff i gave the poor waitress a 10 dollar tip she but i refused to pay for the crap on my plate

Should have known we were off to a bad start from the beginning. Sunday 10-15-23 2:59 pm. Heath, Ohio, Server: 339 Makayla. The place was not busy at all, only 4 or 5 tables in the whole restaurant. Long wait to finally see a waitress, and then waited over an hour for our food which was by then...cold/dry. Terrible and disappointing service.

My husband and I went for a late breakfast yesterday and had a horrible experience! When we got there, it took the waitress 10 minutes to come over to take her order and then we waited a half hour for our food. While we were waiting, we heard waitresses first tell other tables that they had run out of bacon. Then we heard waitresses telling customers that they were out of bacon and ham. Before we were leaving, they seated a family and told them that they had run out of napkins and did not have anything to wrap the silverware in. They then brought them ripped off pieces of paper towel from the bathrooms. I would think this would be a health violation , when we got our orders they were ice cold and they were wrong and my husband didn’t get his complete order. Our waitress never came back to check on us so I had to go find somebody to get butter. Our food was so cold that the butter just ripped up the pancakes . When we were leaving, they were still excepting customers coming in and not telling them about the things they were out of.
