IHOPReviews of ihop.com

A friend and I went to IHOP for breakfast… Tuscaloosa, Al. Skyland… We were blessed with the most amazing and beautiful server ever… Her name is Mona Lisa❣️Yes that’s her name and she is off the chain… She’s so good that her teammates were also giving her grace… Before I could even tell Mona Lisa’s teammates about our experience… They already knew exactly whom I was talking about… IHOP‼️you have a winner… A wonderful person… A great spirit and kind soul… She made sure that we were taken care of and she continued to check on us all while servicing others… Thing is… This young lady is young in age but she has an old soul… We definitely need more servers like Mona Lisa….

Great service and great staff and great variety of food

Me and my grandparents had a really nice and positive waiter named Ashley. She was an amazing server and an brought a very positive energy to the table. The food was good too and I even had to get an extra sandwich to go 😂

We all enjoyed our meals- 7 people. My greatest enjoyment was our server,Lefteri. She took all of our meal orders as well as drink orders without the use of a notebook! We were thoroughly impressed. Nothing was missing or incorrect. Actually every staff we encountered, including the manager was pleasant. (4/21/24 around 4pm Baymeadows Jacksonville)

This was an Excellent experience, better than we have had in a very long time. Our Server was Taylor M....check#87596604 Our visit was at 1:30 pm @the Olive Branch, Ms location. Sat March 9,2024. I just want this store and staff to know that we had a really great experience...our server Taylor M. Was energetic, smiling, very helpful, attentive and knowledgable about the food and menu..My husband and I felt like she really cared about our food choices and tried to help us with our IHOP app so we could use our reward points... Everyone including the manager was so helpful and polite. We will certainly be returning to this location soon Store #2032 Sincerely, Holley & William Gaines You need more servers like Taylor...
