Arrived @ 12:30 pm Monday 7-22-24. While sitting down I noticed a lot of food was on floor just outside our table and our table was sticky. When waitress finally showed up I asked for rag to wipe table. She seemed to not have a clue how to work her tablet. Wife ordered water and I ordered coffee, after drinks arrive we ordered meal, wife bacon omelet, I ordered the 2 egg quick breakfast but wanted 3 eggs instead of two (over easy), link sausage and white toast, it comes with hash browns. Waited and waited. Finally she brought the toast and wife's pancakes which weren't even warm enough to melt the butter AND they were rubbery tough. Shortly wife's omelet showed up and it was good. She finished it (in a normal time frame) before I even got my 2 of the three eggs ordered and sausage and hash browns. The food WAS good. There were other issues but not enough space here to detail. Asked for check and received acknowledgement from waitress. Waited, and waited. Finally we walked to register. And eventually checked out. The store was not crowded and there were 5 waitresses standing around talking) Will not return.

I live in Carlsbad NM , the Ihope there is the worst one I have been to, slow slow service they are out of menu ideas at lunch, this is an on going problem with this store. One waitress on duty at 100pm. I won't be back.

I walked in, short line. Asked for a table, 2 people talking in Spanish looking around and tjen bring me to a table. Server comes over, i asked for a drink, didn't get a straw, I asked for one, she says i can in just a minute. Goes to the table next to me and stands there talking to a family for 15 minutes. My drink is half gone by the time I got a straw. A family with a baby is seated right next to me. Baby starts screaming, parents do nothing. This kept happening. After the 5th time, I stood up and told a server i will take the order to go. Cant stand the screaming, she says ok. They bring my food to the door, the to go cup doesn't even have a straw. I pay and ate in my car. No one apologized or anything. Very bad

Today i have orderd 3 times the Quick 2egg breakfast in Amarillo for $ 6 each for my family... Then i get the bill for 3 x $ 11,99 for the breakfast. I ask the waitress for the price and she said that $ 6 is the price in the evening... What a crazy breakfast in the evening.... This was my first and the last stop at IHOP...

Takes forever to get your food and we were the only ones there.

Terrible I ordered one kid meal a pancake and egg and bacon and took 1 hour to get food left at 12:49 and got the food at 2:18

I door dash often they never include syrup even when I call them and let them know it’s annoying and unprofessional they won’t be getting my buisness again!

I had an email for a breakfast item. So when I called the annoying girl kept calling me "honey" and "hun". She quizzed me avoit the coupon, then told me near score doesn't honor corporate coupons. I live less than 10 min from this store, the others are across town. The owner of this IHOP is too cheap and the girl needs customer service skills. Good thing there's a Perkins near by
