IHOPReviews of ihop.com

Ms.Carol is a beautiful waitress very warm and helpful.. she made me feel very comfortable and thankful.. I want her as my waitress everytime.. Thank you..

My mother and I dined at the IHOP, ,,5525A Baltimore National Pike, Catonsville, MD 21228 Even though, Ms India was the hostess, waitress, cashier and bus lady, she performed her job with such a calm spirit and professionalism,,, Please believe me when I tell you that she was the ONLY staff on the floor,,, This young lady was at the "top of her game" treating each customer as if they really mattered. Customer service is my "pet peeve" and Ms India did not break a sweat,,,I hope this review is seen by the right people because Ms India represented for IHOP! BRAVO Ms. India 👏 👏 👏 👏 If I could, I would have given you an helping hand, but instead; I'll be back soon to show you my appreciation,,,, You definitely deserve it! Dana

The customer service was excellent. My waitress, Ashtyn, didn't let my cup be emptied. Sydney came to make sure everything was OK. Charles checked to see how everything was going. Terilyn also came by my table. I enjoyed the attention. The pancakes were excellent. I got the Blueberry all you can eat pancakes. I can usually eat 3 stacks of Blueberry pancakes with Blueberry syrup, eggs over easy, and sausage. Lemonade.

The friend kind and ambitious people who work here especially Mason :)
