So I was excited when IHop came back to Fondy. I remember when we had an IHOP and loved the food. But what I got was less then what I remembered. I went in to get some pancakes and coffee my server was the best part. As I watched this young man getting his stuff ready for his tables there was this loud mouth girl which I assume is the manger spouting out orders and doing absolutely nothing herself. If she would have been my server I would have left. I will not return if that’s the way management treats their staff that. It won’t surprise me when it closes down.

Went to IHOP for breakfast after an ad showing $6 breakfast choices including a full size omelet. Ordered that meal and the omelet was TINY. That is clearly deceptive. Besides, ordered small orange juices and they were $4 each. A 59 oz jug of Minute Maid OJ is $3.50 at Walmart, probably about 8 or 9 of the IHOP servings. Better to go to McD and get the BigBreakfast with hotcakes, 2 eggs and sausage patty, hash brown and a biscuit for $6.50, a meal for 2 normal people. The head honcho at IHOP should send out a directive right now that all $6 menu choices should get a REAL OMELET, not a lie.

I waiting for 30 minutes just to meet my server. And then I didn't get my food for another 30 minutes. Wile they played 50s music and I found a hair in my food. My mom's half and half came out of the packet looking like blue cheese. Also the menu should false pictures, the picture was completely different to my meal.

The meat in our Colorado omelet was rotten so we couldn’t eat it. They gave us a $15 credit BUT we paid $42 for only 2 kids meals at 7.49 each and an entree for $13.29

Requested over medium on the eggs. Received totally runny whites and cold. Hash browns very dark almost to burnt stage. French toast soggy and barely cooked. Just terrible breakfast

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE IHOP ON AIRPORT EVER POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.....11 FINGERS DOWN AND I ONLY HAVE 10...IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR CAREER YOU CHOOSE DONT WORK THERE

Eggs ordered over medium was under cooked and cold, sausage was also cold however hash browns were hot for a change, toast was obviously toasted awhile ago as it was also cold. As usual food is cooked or prepared well before a customer orders it. Pretty sad when I can get a hotter breakfast at McDonald's than Ihop. I have voiced my concerns before yet nothing has changed. If your store sales are on the decline then it is not the economy but your failure to provide a cooked to order food

I had never been so disappointed in an order like today, Order was completely cold, hashed browns uncooked, sausage links burnt outside but cold inside the same thing the ham, we brought it to the waitress attention as we can see a changed in her attitude as we mentioned the situation, Marisa, offered to replaced it, but sent someone else to deliver the second order, the new waitress said …Did you oder another sampler? With the same attitude like it was your mistake,To which I replied, no I didn’t order, it being replaced since the first one was not properly cooked. End up with a stomach ache and an unpleasant experience. Never come back to that Norridge ihop.
