Went in for chicken fried steak and eggs they said they didn't have any then asked for steak and eggs and white gravy on eggs they didn't have white gravy then asked for steak medium rare and eggs over easy got my steak rare and eggs over hard yolks were almost solid and sweet tea tasted like it was unsweetened

The floor was so dirty! I asked for plastic fork and knife for my family and I cuz the ones they gave us we're not all clean. I had to ask if they would put soap in their dirty bathroom. So what did the employees use before I went in??? .

Went to Ihop on Sth Fed H/Way Ft.Laud and desipite being a regular customer, the service was cr*p, just can't cope with 1 server!! I always leave a generous tip but tonight, Feb 10th at around 21.30,. I couldn't wait to get out of the hell hole and never come back!! Pancakes didn't come out with main meal and just didn't want them when they eventually did! Not good enough!! Am now put off of Ihop for life and was charged the full amount despite the missing items. Complete sh*t hole!!

I wanted to move to a quieter spot. Got moved one of the seats were greasy. Hostess gave a cloth to my husband to clean it up, said she had food a plate in her hand. She could have came back and did it, She told the other waitress she would not wait on us while looking at us. Needless to say we left. will never to back there. it was 10:30 a.m. not busy at all. 120th Center location Omaha Ne. We will NEVER go back word of mouth goes a long way. I am not one to do reviews.

I ordered a biscuits and gravy combo from IHOP and I got no gravy I supposed to get two eggs I got maybe one and when I called them to discuss the order they never picked up the phone and I called them multiple times. I know that they are not that busy because I have been there multiple times so there is no reason why they could not pick up the phone

The IHOP in Harrisburg Pa is terrible. It has roaches, the bathrooms are clogged and do not have anyone to come fix them, the waitress"add more tips onto your credit card and there's very poor management. I would not eat there if I were you. Is filthy they just hide it well

Dear Customers, I am a former employee of IHOP, and during my tenure, I observed several practices that compromised food safety for customers. Despite my reports, the General Manager, Delena, prioritized cost-cutting over customer safety. It is concerning that only managers are required to take a Food Handler Safety course, leaving other staff without proper training. For instance, morning shift cooks often neglect handwashing and rarely wear gloves. Even when instructed to wear gloves, they do not keep them on for long. I witnessed an employee cutting strawberries from a spoiled batch. When I asked Delena if these strawberries would be served to customers, she responded, "I don't see anything wrong with it," and instructed the employee to pick out the good ones. Another incident involved a box of coffee filters contaminated with rat droppings and urine. I reported this to a manager, expecting the box to be discarded. However, the manager had to consult with Delena first, which is unacceptable. No filters from that box should have been salvaged. Additionally, I saw four roaches in the pass bar area. When I reported this to Delena, she shrugged and made a joke about it, demonstrating a lack of concern for customer safety. These behaviors should not be tolerated in public establishments. Pancakes were under cooked with uncooked batter in the middle. Tasted mushy and salty. Home fries were over greased, soaking, swimming in oil. They should call this place cardiac arrest. The scrambled eggs were over cooked, a board that all stuck together. I asked for crispy bacon and got half way under cooked and half crispy. I ate half of the meal and feel sick. The coffee is notoriously bad, it is like warm water that looks dirty. Way too light, but that has been an ongoing theme with IHOP for years. You would think they would make some level of effort to make improvements.
