I had an immediate concern with the sizing and I received a personal response within the day and support to get the correct vest in the correct size. I was also having issues with the battery holding a charge, which was corrected in the replacement vest.

It not so much when put over a sweater or other thick item, the heating effect is worth it.I wear this vest all day in the winter months cause I have a very active outdoor job and I cannot work with a heavy jacket on as it restricts my movement to much.

Highly recommend if you’re always cold like me. It dose keep you warm from cold. It's comfortable fit, easy to charge battery connect. The only one is the size chart. It's annoying me absolutely!!! I waste long time to understand your unique size chart with the amazon comments and reviews. It's must be improved!!!

Black is very nice to match other cloth. If you get cold at the office or home, this is the vest to buy so you don't need to be around a heater as much. It's very light and convenience, I expected more heft knowing it was sporting a battery and heating cables. The size is fit.

The pattern is flattering and its packable. I do like the package when it sended. Tha bag I could use in other way.

Sometimes I am not kidding when I say it almost gets too wam. It kind of too hot to me so I have turn it off.
