iHoodReviews of ihoodwarm.com

Even though my order came late these people were very courteous and helpful. They corrected the problem and kepted me informed throughout the process and followed up with me after delivery to insure satisfaction.

I absolutely LOVE my jacket! I live in Arizona and the winters here are really pretty cold. My job keeps me outside for hours in the evening and before I purchased my jacket, I dreaded going to work! Since my purchase, the cold evenings are no longer an issue for me. The iHood Customer Service is extremely responsive, "Connie" in particular. Thank you to everyone at iHood for putting out a product that actually does what it states in the description!

Excellent service great coats

I purchased my IHood heated vest from their Amazon store. And used it while working outside on the new Being 777X on flightline. Gets really cold here in the winter. Not as cold as some places but below freezing very often. It kept me very warm and sometime hot on the coldest nights. Love the different areas that you can independently turn on. The heated hood was a bonus. It came very well packaged and long full shift lasting battery. I have tried other well known brands before IHood. This was my favorite. It had one small issue that came up, i reached out to IHood, and they were helpful and friendly and back up their product. I was told they will be shipping me a new replacement one due to the issue this one had after a lot of use over this last winter. Have only had it since Feb. 1st of 2023. Its now Nov 2023. Thanks for an awesome product and great customer service.

I received my coat it was small they exchanged it with no problem smooth and hassle free customer service my coat is awesome high quality and works flawlessly I will recommend ihood to all my friends and family

Nice heavyweight jacket. Kept me warm, looking forward to using it when I have to work outside when the temps drop. I learned not to connect to the pocket battery until I need the heat.

The purchase, shipping and timely delivery were great. I had an issue with a heating element. iHood immediately replaced the whole jacket with no issues at all. Excellent and friendly customer service. The new jacket is amazing. It heats all the way up my neck, it's heavy duty, and very comfortable. It blocks wind and holds heat very well.

I love that the hood of the vest also has heat coils. Perfect fit and I am able to wear it under clothes. The pamphlet says that it’s not water proof so I make sure to wear something over it when it’s raining/ snowing.
