My first experience with the iHood support staff was in regards to a broken zipper on my iHood heated vest. Customer service responded within 48 hours of my first email. All further correspondence came within 24 hours of my emails. I was asked to explain my issue, provide a picture and an order number. The vest was still under warranty and a new one was sent immediately free of all charges and no need to sent the broken one back! The second product was the heated jacket. The heating system did not seem to be working properly so I contacted the support team. Again, initial response within 48 hours, and all other responses came within 24 hours. A brand new jacket was sent arriving in 5-8 business days. It took 5. This company stands behind their product. They want to ensure the customer is happy with their products. Commitment to customer care is top notch 💯.

I had a battery that quit working after a year. I contacted IHood and asked about the warranty, they asked me for the Oder number which I didn’t have because the vest was a gift. I didn’t give it another thought thinking I was out of luck. I had to go out town, but when I returned there was a package with a new battery!! Surprised doesn’t begin to explain how I felt. I highly recommend IHood. Customer service is amazing!!!

Very upset paid for expedited. Shipping have not received any confirmation have reached out to the company many of times no one has communicated back with me called the number no agents were available. Poor customer service. I’m not happy - I finally heard back from someone but seems like another 4 days wait …. Over a week for PAID FASTER shipping is just not fair …. (EDIT) >>> I was reached out fromSomeone from company and refunded shipping and compensated - I understand things happen and appreciate the communication thank you
