I first ordered an iHood electric vest in 2021. Since then I have ordered other vests for my family members and have recommended iHood electric vests to my friends. These vest are well made and work very well. Wearing one is like having an electric blanket on while I work in my office or outside. They are great in the winter, but also for chilly mornings any time of the year. When I recently had a problem with a malfunctioning wire in a vest, the company was very helpful and sent me a replacement vest and battery. This company has a true customer satisfaction focus that not many companies have. Over the years, I have seen how they have made their product even better. They offer a full line of electric vests, jackets and gloves for men and women. I consider any iHood article of clothing an essential part of anyone's cold weather wardrobe.

Worked with support to replace a second iHood coat that I purchased. Support was responsive and very accommodating with excellent communication.

My zipper had broke on my jacket so I called to get it replaced. They had me send a picture of broken zipper & no question asked send me out a new jacket fast. Thanks guys

My wife purchased me the heated vest/hood for my birthday. I I wore it one time to hunt and unfortunately after the first time the charge cord would not work. Fortunately my pop had the same ihood and I was able to use his cord to charge the battery whkk I’le away at hunting camp. After several emails communications and some that went unanswered due to what they called a computer clutch and further phone calls to customer service they made good and sent me a new charge cord and another ihood no further questions asked. When I used the ihood vest it kept me nice and warm. I love the product and would recommend the ihood. My family has several of these and love them. Now my wife has one too.
