Never received my order. IHood did not help to explore where my order was in transit 3/22/23 This is an UPDATE for my 12/06/22 review. I'm happy to say, iHood follow through with their promise to amend my order. I'm very happy with the customer service iHood provide.

They have excellent customer service was very good.I received the refund in a very timely manner when I ordered the wrong item,they’ve been very good I definitely recommend them! I haven’t received the product but if the product is it good as a customer service that will be excellent

Easy to order from website. Delivered on a timely basis. Vest comes in a great little package. Extremely lightweight. Once battery was charged, it was connected to the vest. Pressed the button for 3 seconds and I immediately felt the warmth. The heat at the neck is great.
