Jimmie is great, seems to know about all the plans. He streamlines the process of signing up. In retrospect, I wish we had gone over other plans' main differences, but that is on me for not asking.

I called iHealthBrokers after unsuccessfully trying to contact a national firm. One phone call was all it took and I was connected to Mr. Needles for a Medicare consult. He was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend plans that fit my needs. Once I selected my plans, he took care of everything else. With a smaller company, I will be dealing with the same people in the future. My husband used a much larger firm, and he talks to a different rep every time.
