received my bike order quite late. was not told a reason why just seemed wouldn't ship it until i made a scene about it on review about them being a scam, suddenly shipped after that ( surprise surprise ) the b6 bike itself is beautiful. BUT! just about everything is wrong with it. the font wheel is misaligned causing a constant scraping sound that won't stop. and can't be corrected. the handlebars wont turn right correctly and seem stuck. the throttle that's is meant to be on the bike when purchasing. has been removed and you have to put it on yourself. this has ended as impossible and the video tutorials are totally unhelpful. don't show how to do it properly. so i can't get the throttle on now. so bike pretty useless for intended purpose. upon asking for help from company i get sent the same video that's was unhelpful. i confirmed i am still unable to do it and their are lots of issues popping up with the bike. and they then ignored me. guess it's knows that this bike is pretty bad or something. currently have a useless unusable bike. great! ( The amount of phone calls and messages I sent for help regarding this bike. No response at all. And they answer here just to look like they have good customer service 😂 joke ) Bike still buggered and upon testing battery lasted half and hour on slow. Don't recommend this bike at all. Awful

Orderd 23 feb I wouldn't recommend buying from this company i had issues with my m4 the day after it arrived had no power was advised to unplug the cables and plug them back in which worked for a while which I informed the company with a no care they just send you scripted ways to try and fix a faulty scooter the Range on them is not what you get the battery isn't very good multiple issues will occur very early on such Loose handle bars Brake pads loose You will get a puncture tyres are very thin Bolt on the side of the wheel bracket will be done up so tight you can't undo them so you can't change inner tubes Battery will be fully charged but it won't last 2 miles multiple issues with power The customer service is terrible they don't seen to care even when the scooter is clearly faulty just bounce you from departments had to contact an ombudsman and a claims team as they don't fix there own faulty products they require you to fix them if I could give the review 0 stars I would I hsve a few friends who purchased these scooters to which I will informing them to get a refund aswell 0 stars out of 5
