Shipping insurance add on buyer beware
Shipping insurance add on buyer beware. Tried to charge me an extra $350 which eats up alot of the savings. I ended up cancelling the order.

iElectrica provided a competitive price…
iElectrica provided a competitive price on a Samsung Q90r TV. So, I placed the order. A couple days later, I received a call to discuss the TV and coordinate a delivery date and time (originally stated to be 7-10 days). Later I figured out that a big reason for the call was to attempt to up-sell their optional delivery services. They hit me up with significant special shipping charges not previously discussed or shown when I placed the online order. Since that total price was still a bit lower than BestBuy, I still moved forward with the purchase. Their shipping company was fairly inept, but I did finally receive the TV 23 days later. In the end, you always get what you pay for... If you're looking for a competitive price on electronics, expect some compromise on service or timeliness.

Ordering process was a little unusual
Ordering process was a little unusual. Ordered online and an agent called you the next day to get additional info before the order is actually placed. Once it is placed item shipped and arrived within 2 weeks. New TV was in good condition and pricing was great!

OLED TV Order processed great and…
OLED TV Order processed great and received in a timely manner. No add-ons desired and I did not get the high pressure shipping insurance call after ordering. Great price and awesome tv.
