iElectrica provided a competitive price on a Samsung Q90r TV. So, I placed the order. A couple days later, I received a call to discuss the TV and coordinate a delivery date and time (originally stated to be 7-10 days). Later I figured out that a big reason for the call was to attempt to up-sell their optional delivery services. They hit me up with significant special shipping charges not previously discussed or shown when I placed the online order. Since that total price was still a bit lower than BestBuy, I still moved forward with the purchase. Their shipping company was fairly inept, but I did finally receive the TV 23 days later. In the end, you always get what you pay for... If you're looking for a competitive price on electronics, expect some compromise on service or timeliness.

Ordering process was a little unusual. Ordered online and an agent called you the next day to get additional info before the order is actually placed. Once it is placed item shipped and arrived within 2 weeks. New TV was in good condition and pricing was great!

Great product and price! Only 4 stars because time it took to receive product...over 3 weeks. Would recommend and will buy from again. FIRST TIME FOR LARGE PURCHASE ONLINE AND VERY HESITANT, BUT THIS COMPANY CAME THROUGH IN EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR SHIPPING TIME.

Overall, iElectrica had the best pricing and was trustworthy. I will buy from them again in the future. Delivery was a little under than 2 weeks. There was good notification and scheduling. The delivery people were efficient and professional. Product pricing was, by far, better than anywhere else I could find. My only complaint is that the original model I ordered had gone out of stock. iElectrica gave me the option to cancel my order or to shift to a similar upgraded model (still with better pricing than competitors' lower/original grade model). Whether this bait-and-switch intentional or not, I am still happy with the pricing and the way it was handled.

Couldn't ship to my location so made arrangements to deliver to my son about 650 miles east of us but who I was visiting over the holidays. Shipping company they used took about a month to have the TV delivered. It actually arrived right at my visit and at a perfect time. Plus, the item was in terrific condition without a scratch on the box. If your in a hurry and not on their route, then going with iElectrica might not be for you. If not in a hurry or located on their route I would recommend them and hope your purchase arrives in as good of condition as I received.

Only complaint is that there was a 1-week delay between notice of shipment and my order being picked up by the shipper, causing me to inquire about the delay, but once it was ‘truly shipped,’ the order was delivered without issue, and I am enjoying my purchase.

good news tv came at a great price! bad news they were very cagey about WHEN i would get it 14-21 business days in NOT an answer in the 21st centuyr.

Price, transaction, and shipping excellent. Just didn’t receive any info on when the product shipped. Was pleasantly surprised to find out the shipment was made the next day and well on the way.
