Like many of the other reviewers on this site, I was surprised to get a call from "First Class TVs" (based on the Caller ID) informing me that I would need to pay $140 in freight insurance to ship the TV. I immediately cancelled my order, as there are many other sites offering a similar price on the TV I wanted that do not charge for the freight insurance. Wish I would have read these reviews before I placed the order!

Fortunately I read these reviews before I placed an order. The super low price and free shipping seamed very attractive. Nowhere during checkout are you told of the additional charge for "shipping insurance". I first read the "Shipping Policy". There you are told that after the purchase is submitted, you will be informed of the additional charge. Before placing the order, I sent them an email, requesting the price. NO RESPONSE.

Scammers that call you to sell you a freight insurance on top of “free shipping”. Stay away

If I could rate this company less than one star I would. Don't buy from them no matter how their price looks. All you get is a run around and excuses. They don't answer phones and return emails. I've waited for a 65 inch tv to show up for weeks. No communication from the company had to pay insurance on delivery that is out there somewhere. Don't buy from this company.

Today is the day! The 15th of December. My tracking number shows that my package has arrived at the delivery terminal on Saturday the 12th. Given that it was the weekend, I decided to wait until yesterday to.....see what’s going on NOW....-_- I spoke to someone first thing in the morning again. I called the CA branch and was informed that yes the package is at the delivery terminal but was now given a new spill on what’s going to happen now, this one a little consistent with what they told me on my last review. Someone was supposed to call me to let me know it’s there and to coordinate a good time to get the package to me. They supposedly sent an email to the dispatcher of the AZ area and they were going to call me back yesterday. Hours go by annnnnddddddd....nothing. Again. I call again around 1400 before the customer service line closes. I give them my info and it seems that the lady on the phone recognizes me (I wonder if it’s one person handling this, if so that’s unfortunate cause it’s a lot of work for one person). The lady informs me that (and this is new info) “the dispatcher and the drivers are one in the same. Unfortunately the AZ branch is a new set up and they do not have phone lines set up to directly call. So once they get done with their deliveries for today, they’ll email us about the status of your order and the delivery time they’re setting up. They should get back to us by the afternoon when they are done with their delivery’s for the day and are setting up their deliveries for the next day.” This was yesterday. Today. The 15th. Still no call at all from yesterday. So again I call (the NY branch since Cali is still called) and I just got off the phone with AM transportation. I am a patient man, I don’t yell on the phone I just reiterate info and express how things are poorly done. I was told that they “see multiple emails being sent out and they responded to us saying that the package has arrived and is scheduled for delivery on Friday. You should be getting a phone call on Thursday to confirm your delivery for Friday.” I asked for reassurance, like the email being forwarded to me so I can have things set up for someone to be there when the package arrives. They couldn’t do that. He said that unfortunately he can not offer any reassurance that it will for sure be delivered Friday, only that they will call me Thursday. Someone is always supposed to call. And it NEVER HAPPENS. I was told I would get the package on the 5-7th, then the 15th, and now it’s the 18th. This is horrible. Again great price on the TV, but don’t expect accurate delivery times and consistent information. That is the most frustrating part.

Bought a Samsung 85inch TV from them at an incrediable price, lower than anyone else. It was so low, that I worried it was a scam company until I called and spoke to Sam. Sam assured me that everything would be good and this experince put them to the test. So I ordered the TV and he said it would be here within a week and he was right. When I received it the excitement turn to panic when I unboxed it and turned it on and the entire right side of the screen was cracked! I was worried it would be a hassle and take forever to get them to respond and take this one back and give a new one BUT that was not the case! I called, they asked for pictures, asked me to box it up and they sent a shipper over to pick it up and I got a new one a week later! I read the comments on having to buy the insurance but it is worth it. These guys are great! will buy from them again.

I had been looking for the right TV, at the right price, for over six months. When I saw the price at iElectrica for a Samsung QN65Q80TAF, I knew my search was over. After checking to see that this was a reputable company, I placed my order. The price was several hundred dollars less than any other place I checked. The TV was delivered in perfect condition, and I am 100% satisfied. It took 12 days for the TV to be delivered, but it had to travel from Miami to Seattle. Also, I placed my order late in the day on a Friday, so it too a few days for the shipment to be picked up.

Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the excellent service I received from your company and AM HOME DELIVERY company. Everything was perfectly organized – from placing the order till delivery with very polite and helpful people.
