The Ultrapod is amazing! I feel so great knowing I don't have plastic byproducts and it looks sleek and sophisticated in my bathroom. I got the black top with walnut bottom. I love that the top has a screw on top that I can use to bring my appliance on a trip with. It is small but mighty. I also used it to clean my rings and it worked great. I feel bad giving such a negative review, BUT I did have a few problems that are ancillary to the actual product. 1. The product took longer to arrive than I was originally told. After 3 weeks I reached out and they let me know they were having trouble at customs. I totally understand but was not informed so I was worried that they had taken my money and run. They had not but they could have been more communicative. I just didn't feel like I should have to reach out to see what was going on. 2. I paid extra for the Starter Bundle and I never received the powder. It's a little disappointing actually because I again reached out after I finally got the Ultrapod in the mail without the powder. They explained that the powder was sold out. That is awesome to me, it means it must be a good product. The problem is no one told me after I had paid for the product. The customer service person told me that they would send it to me, but it has now been almost 3 months since my original order and I have not received anything. Update: added a star because I did finally get the product in full. Thank you Iydll. I know you are a small company, working hard to be a success.
