Hi! I am sorry about the review request. The requests are automatically generated a certain number of days after I print the label. I am currently having to manually upgrade and test each of the 350 units ordered before shipping them to customers after the customs delays. It takes a considerable amount of time and effort for me as a sole owner and only worker as I am juggling multiple roles, from responding to customer inquiries, dropping off shipments between multiple shipping companies and dealing with the daily general accounting/finance/operating requirements and technical support and standard life stuff like friends and family obligations when I can. I am working as hard as I can and I should be reaching your order in as little as a week.
