Product is great and when I ran into some issues the customer service was great and a replacement part was sent out right away.

Great product! I had one of the original ultrapods and I loved it! Unfortunately, about a year in it stopped working. I reached out to the owner to see if there was a warranty. He got back to me right away, was courteous, and set me up with the new and improved model right away! It took a minute to get here, but so worth the wait! The new ultrapod is even better than the last! It’s quiet and super efficient! So glad I went with Idyll!

I love my little sonic cleaner. Customer service was above and beyond when I dropped part of the metal container, and the magnet inside came loose & started thunking around instead of working as it should. I messaged Idyll, and they immediately sent me a new one at no charge. My aligners are clean again!

Loved my original idyll. So sleek and retainers much cleaner than brushing. Sadly, it stopped working. I sent a quick email and Sebastian sent out a new improved version at no charge. I haven’t had customer service like this in a decade. Kudos to Idyll for standing behind their product and customers. Would not hesitate to buy products from Idyll Jon
