It was sent on time and packaged very well! Very happy with everything! Will use them again

The shoes are a delight...comfortable and gorgeous!! The only problem I had was the long processing time, but once I contacted the company they were delivered in 3 days!! I will definitely be buying more shoes from this company!

I order two dresses about two weeks ago for homecoming dance. They called me after I ordered online to confirm all the information and ask me how I want the dresses to be detailly. And I've sent many emails before i get my dresses and they always reply me in 12 hours. The dresses fit me and my friend very well and they are just like how we wanted them. The shippment was fast but one thing wasn't that good is i ordered two dresses and because the shipping is free. they put two puffy dresses in a tiny bag.

The dress is beautiful, and it fits great. My only issue was that my order status never changed from processing to shipped. So, when it didn't arrive the day it was supposed to I was worried. It did arrive the next day though.

I really appreciate dreamprom. The dress was beautiful and arrived on time. The reason that I only gave them four stars is because I did have an encounter with two customer service people who were very very rude. Overall, the rest of the customer service people were very polite and helpful. I even told dreamprom that they would become the preferred dress ordering service if they work on some of the customer service people attitudes. Overall, it was a great experience - a little scary at first, but was great. I will order from dreamprom again.

Excellent dress! Thanks!

Some beading we're coming undone but that's not nothing we can't fix. The size is perfect and I love the dress. Shipping took a little long and I was getting worried about when is was going to arrive. But everything seemed to work out just fine.

I am so happy with my dress! The quality of workmanship on the inside and the outside is fantastic, and I am very picky! It came a day before the promised due date, and I love everything about it! It fits very well, there are no defects, it's comfortable, and the lining isn't too short like so many I've tried. Locally I could find nothing like it, and the price was reasonable. I'll buy my prom dress here too!
