I am very pleased, I will be honest I was a bit nervous! The dress was more than half the price on another site and coming from another country. But I am very pleased and happy with my purchase, I bought it for my daughter and most important, she is HAPPY!

I must admit I was concerned and a little worried for various reasons after I pressed the "send" and my order was on the way to you. So many people always telling me NOT to order Online "Beware". I have to say the worry was all for nothing. My Granddaughter's dress arrived two (2) weeks earlier than expected....It is BEAUTIFUL! it only needs a little shortening and that is only because she is planning to wear "flat" shoes :) Thank you dream Prom and we'll will be ordering "next year" for the Senior Ball. Oh and did I say that you saved me approximately $250.00 over prices at "local" bridal shops or mall stores!!!!!!!!!!!! Satisfied Customer Carol S.

I ordered my dress and veil on feb.26, 2014, and received it yesterday (march 31, 2014). I had read a lot of bad reviews about Dreamprom online, and was a litte worried about how my dress would turn out. Dreamprom customer service communicated with me good and frequently through email, and assured me that my dress would be beautiful and arrive on time. It arrived in a tightly packed package. When I opened it, I was pleasantly surprised. The dress was so beautiful! Even more than I expected. It was customized they way I requested, fit perfectly and it looked very similar to the picture in Dreamproms site. There where some lose threads on the beading, but nothing that I can't just cut off myself. Thank you, Dreamprom!

I ordered two dresses for my daughters to go to prom. They fit nearly perfectly, however, we weren'tt specific with the length on one and it ended up being way too long. The same one appears to have the center of the princess cut off center so my daughter looks little askew. Now we are paying more money for alterations. Less than 24 hours later from my initial order, I on-line chatted with a representative to add on two short sleeve jackets. But when we recieved both of them, they were long sleeve. Another alteration back to match the picture on the package they came in. I'm just glad prom isn't for 3 weeks. Shipping was over a week early. I got notice that they shipped Friday and would arrive in the U.S. Saturday, but UPS didn't deliver on Saturday so expect them Monday. Original estimated date was 10 more days so I expected it next week. They arrived very early on the very next Monday. All 4 pieces were crammed into a plastic shipping bag. They well need some pressing. But in the end my girls are almost happy.

It is a beautiful dress and my daughter loves it. She wanted to look like a Princess for prom and she will. I ordered this on March 22 and paid extra to have it done before her prom on April 12. It was suppose to arrive before April 7, but it actually arrived much earlier on March 31, so it was worth the extra expense. We were prepared to shop for a different one if it was not done well. I had read very good reviews and very bad reviews and wasn't sure how it would turn out but it is good quality. The price is very reasonable and she looked at some similar that were two or three times as much in price. Some bad reviews said the packaging got torn and their items got soiled or damaged. It was in a thin plastic bag that was not sealed to waterproof it, but it was also in a Fed Ex bag and it arrived in good condition. I didn't owe any extra import fees like I read online. It did have 2 or 3 loose beads, but should be easy to fix and they sent extra beads. I made a mistake on the order form, but they were nice and didn't cancel the order until I got the correct information to them. Overall, we are very satisfied. It was worth the risk.

Got my daughters dress today in the mail and it fits her to a T :-) she is so happy with her prom dress and I am so glad I dont have to get it altered. It is stunning and looks beautiful on my daughter ♥ my daughter was even amazed that it came with a built in bra..just made her day :-)
