DreamProm is an excellent company to shop from. They did their best to ensure that I would be happy with the finish product, my wedding dress. We went back and forth to make sure my measurments were correct, and their online chat is speedy, readily available, and assessible. I felt very comfortable with making my order with Dreamprom. I'm so excited! They were able to ship my dress days before the actual ship date even with having measurments errors that I sent initially. Thank you Dreamprom for excellent service and awesome customer care.

Dress arrived quickly and is just as beautiful in person as it is in pic.

I've ordered Homecoming dresses for my daughter from this company for the past 3 years. They have been impeccably made and fit perfectly. I wouldn't order anywhere else. Great to work with! Order early, because they are handmade.

I was nervous about the situation with not knowing th company and I will gladly recommend and shop here again.

My daughter ordered this dress while I was recovering from a hip replacement. The first date said it would be here on time, the second date did not. I emailed, customer service always replied. Knowing homecoming date, they made sure we had the dress in time to do any alterations! Thank you! The dress is not only gorgeous but extremely well made!

This is our second dress we have purchased and we have been more than pleased with both. Will be ordering again. We even recommended the site to others.

I ordered my dress the moment I saw it on the website. I (being stupid) didn't read any warnings, reviews, or any thing of the sort. I ordered in the last few weeks of August.i also ordered a jewelry set of a tiara, necklace and earrings, and a petticoat. My order was somewheres close to $350. (I also got my custom sizes) The next day I was bored and I decided to read some reviews. I was horrified. Everyone saying "this is a ripoff! My dress is ugly! The colors aren't right! It's too short! Etc" I panicked. My mom warned me that she would not be getting me one if it didn't turn out right. I read a couple of reviews that gave me hope. I constantly read pages and pages of reviews for weeks. Still horrified. But my dress arrived a whole week before it was supposed to be here. It was in a huge "bag" . I thought "oh god....maybe they rushed it and forgot pieces!" My mom and I ripped it open. My dress was in it. My petticoat was in it and all my jewelry. They ship the dress inside out. So when I flipped it.......IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. GORGEOUS. I will admit, it is not the exact same, That is perfectly okay because I love it even more than the picture. The colors are exact, the fit is exact, great customer service, amazing dress. Will order again. Will reccomend to anyone! Thank you dream Prom!
