We ordered a ring and then the seller tried to get me to purchase it off the site to avoid fees and such. However, when I contacted the owner he went out of his way to fix it! Not only did he fix it, but he went and had my dream ring made!! The ring is far beyond the original I picked and the company took a hit to make this right for me. I love this company. It is very good to find the good quality jewelries with cheap price. And also it is good for the seller who wants to exchange his unwanted jewelries with money. But the whole process may takes some time. You need to be patient. Cuz they need to exam the jewelry before they send it to you.
