I am both saddened and delighted to put this review together: I found an engagement ring on here, Tiffany's and Co, and at an exceptional price too. When the seller sent it in for authentication, it was discovered that it was not a diamond at all (sad part,) but IDNID promptly called me about this information and released by money back to me in the same day (delighted parts.) This experience has brought new security, for me, in online shopping for an engagement ring for my girlfriend.

I needed to sell a beautiful diamond ring. I checked around and got offers from other companies and I could tell they were trying to take advantage of me, so I felt very discouraged. Then I found I do now I don't online and got in contact with them. They gave me an instant bid and a price to list the ring for, which I did. After a week I decided I wanted them to guide me a final price for my ring and I was so happy with their appraisal and how easy they made everything for me. I would recommend this company to anybody thinking of selling their jewelry. They were very patient and fair. I'm a satisfied customer.

I have been a seller and buyer on this site and both of my experiences were smooth and easy ... what I think needs to be emphasized in my review for the buyer as well as the seller is that you can TRUST this site to sell or buy diamonds and that speaks loud ... prior to becoming a seller of my diamond ring, I went on the site to read about the process and contacted them as well ... once I felt comfortable with it, I took an extra step to have a contract signed prior to sending my diamond ring and they had no problem signing it, which made me comfortable and I felt very safe to let go of my diamond ring ... so again, a buyer or seller can TRUST this site and their process ... I think the concept of this business is brillant and once people know about it, they will never buy a diamond ring in a jewelery store again ...

I purchased one ring and they could not authenticate it 100% and refunded my money right away. I found another ring and made the purchase and I couldn't be happier. It is a beautiful ring and the price was great.
