Good idea but frustrating to deal with.
Great business idea, but so far I have been quite disappointed with these guys. After submitting a ‘Guaranteed Offer’ form/pics an engagement ring I would like to sell and waiting a few days, I never heard back. So I tried giving them a call. The first guy I spoke with had little phone etiquette and after putting me on hold a couple times told me to call back in a half hour. I later come to find that they are in fact closed in a half hour (how nice of him). So I call back instead 15minutes later to a lady who seemed nice enough but again put me on hold five different times. And when she finally transfered me to somebody (about 15minutes later), nobody picked up. Because, guess what, they are closed. Wow! Edit- shortly after writing this review I recieved my offer (coincidence? Maybe) but I did bump my star rating Up a bit as at least they did get back with me. And perhaps I just contacted them at a bad time.
