I have had numerous transactions with IDNID and they have been very professional & accommodating. I never had a reason to worry when sending my valuables to IDNID/NYC from Vegas. They sent me a next day insured label that I printed out, they emailed me right away as soon as it reached their NY destination. I was emailed immediately in regards to their direct offer and should I have not accepted, they would of sent back my item free of charge. I found IDNID to be completely honest & fair which I was grateful for. After I accepted, by the end of the day a tracking number was emailed to me . The whole process took 3-4 days, and they will always give you a timeline. I found everyone to be very easy to work with. I was extremely happy with IDNID and I plan on using them again & again because I trust them completely!!!!

I found a beautiful engagement ring for 1/3 of the appraised value. The customer service was quick to respond to my concerns about getting the ring in time. The verification process was quick and easy and safe... anything you buy on Idonowidont.com is verified physically by an appraiser in New York, and I got the ring in time for our vacation where I popped the question. She loved the ring and said yes. Hopefully she doesn't say I don't.

My fiance proposed to me Christmas morning 2016. It was wonderful and romantic and all that I dreamed of...but it was not quite what I wanted in a ring. I had been an account holder on IDNID for a while and figured that would be the place to look for the ring I wanted at a price I could afford. The selection on the website is as varied if not more varied than some jewelers. I was able to find and purchase a ring I wanted for less than the retail cost of the center stone by itself. I saved myself near 40% off retail pricing for the same ring. The toughest part if you are anything like me is waiting. It took the amount of time they stated it would (1.5 weeks) but I was very impatient because I had plans. It. Was. Worth. The. Wait! The ring is more spectacular than the pictures on the site. I wish we could post photos here. Do not hesitate to purchase from this company. Thank you IDNID! Edit: I had the center stone taken out of the ring for resetting and figured I may as well ask the GIA trained gemologist for her thoughts on it. It was actually 1 grade better clarity than originally listed and when I told her what I paid her jaw dropped. I wish I could give you guys even more stars! Thanks again IDNID!

So we went through a lot to sell my mothers wedding ring. Turns out, used Diamonds don't sell as easy as one would think. But I Do Now I don't made it exceptionally easy. I was able to do the entire transaction electronically through email. Get the label to mail the ring in for appraisal. The rings package was ensured for the proposed value with tracking information I would be able to have for confirmation. An offer was made extremely quick, and payment was also sent without delay once we accepted the offer. My only recommendation would be, don't waste the money getting the ring analyzed anywhere before sending the ring to their analysts. They will do all of that for you. It saves you extra hassle, time and money. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased, especially since I was so nervous through the transaction wondering if the site was legit.

I was so scared to buy a ring from IDNID but after reading many reviews and emailing them a couple times with questions I felt pretty comfortable. I ended buying an engagement ring and selling an old wedding ring in the same week so I'll give reviews for both processes. When it comes to buying an engagement ring this is the only place you should be looking! Having been previously married I knew that the retail value for a diamond is completely bogus and you should never pay that. My boyfriend and I were looking for a diamond that we'd have set into a different ring so I wasn't concerned with the ring itself when I was looking. My rule when shopping at IDNID was that I wanted a 50% discount, this was my own rule not something everyone needs to obey. I'd find a diamond I liked then I’d compare it to the retail price of a diamond with the same specs on a wholesaler website. There are many many MANY jewelers on this site so a lot of the rings on there aren't really a great deal. The key is to buy from an individual, you can usually tell by the quality of the photo if it's a jeweler or just someone selling their used ring. After 2 months of searching I found the perfect diamond and made the purchase. We used our credit card so I can't comment on the financing option. So we purchased the ring and the hard part started (the waiting). I was a nervous wreck for 3 weeks. Some things to note. IDNID says it takes an average of 1.5-2 weeks to get your purchase, I’d expect 3 weeks, but it may be quicker depending on how many items they receive in that time. They are really bad at updating you on the status of your order BUT with that said if you email them asking for an update you’ll get a reply pretty quickly with the details. After 20 days my ring finally arrived and I’m blown away with its beauty! The ring gets appraised by a company called Accredited Gemological Institute in New York. You receive a beautiful certificate stating all the specs and the value of the ring. This is a third party company that does a proper appraisal. Being a very thorough person I took the ring for a second appraisal at a local lab. I didn’t give the lab any details about the diamond as I wanted to confirm the details were the same and they were almost exactly the same as AGI stated, Color dropped from E to F but that didn't bother me. I told the gemologist how much I paid for the ring ($8000) and he said that for him to buy that diamond wholesale from a supplier it would have been $15,000! Now that everything is done and confirmed I couldn’t be happier, I’d recommend this company to anyone who would listen to me when it comes to buying diamonds!! Selling a ring was just as easy as buying. I listed the ring just out of curiosity. After about a week of being on the site I got a message from someone asking for a lower price. I agreed, lowered the price and he bought it right away. I packaged the ring up and sent it by FedEx. As mentioned above IDNID isn’t great with updating their site. I saw the item was received by them but it wasn’t until 2 days later that the website said they received it. I emailed them a couple times for updates and always got prompt responses with the details. 17 days after the ring was sold I got my check from them. The only down side is the 15% commission but knowing that, price your item accordingly. Even with the 15% commission become taking off I still got more for the ring than I would have locally. This really is an excellent business. It’s obvious they are very busy, which is a great sign that a lot of people trust them. I wouldn’t hesitate at all buying/selling anything from them.

The services provided as a mediary between a buyer and seller are simply inspired. Both are beneficiaries. The comfort level created fosters confidence in the process. Beyond this basic structure, they offered exceptional customer service and, in my case, even accommodated a break in policy to expedite the delivery of my rings before my fiancée was scheduled to return home to another country. I will always look here first when buying jewelry!

When I was looking for a place to sell my unwanted jewelry there weren't many options available. Fortunately I found I do now I don't. After checking their website and reading many positive reviews, I contacted them via email. They answered all my questions and provided me with the information I needed to make my decision. Their offer for an immediate sale was made in a timely manner and was fair market value. I was pleased with the experience and would use them again. Highly recommended.
