So some lady said I had to have this membership to get into this apartment what a scam. Anyway I was in a rush to get in this apartment so I did it totally forgot about the subscription. When I was canceling all they did was try to keep me on and sell me more what a scam why don't you just admit having affiliate who's a scammer. They had no concerns about what i that told them about an affiliate scam process All they care is they get their money not my kind of company. I did call to discuss the issue You didn't want to hear it. Your representative continue to try to sell me other services from you read what I wrote.

Extremely rude customer service from multiple reps. Very difficult to get any one to respond in professional manner. I was placed on hold and hung up on multiple times. Do not use this company. They will not assist you.

Thanks to Christian who followed up weekly when identity theft happened. He provided valid resources and discussed process with me to make sure I’m doing the right thing. Thank you!

This company harassed me into staying and then upon cancel they marked and report what appears derogatory to my credit check history after cancellation I believe they harmed my credit or did something and they even tried to scare me into staying saying something might happen if you leave and your information be leaked. Highly possible to harming your history or identity upon cancellation check

Christian Cruz, he has provided me with world class service each time he's interacted with me very professional and helpful and make sure that you understand the process

Certainly! Here's a draft for a 5-star review: "A Lifesaver in Identity Crisis" Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't express enough gratitude for Christ and his team, who have been an absolute godsend in helping me navigate the nightmare of identity theft. Dealing with such a situation is incredibly overwhelming, but Christ's expertise and his team's dedicated support have been invaluable. From the moment I reached out, they provided swift and effective solutions, guiding me through the entire process with patience and understanding. Their professionalism and commitment to resolving my identity theft issues were truly commendable. Thanks to Christ and the team, I now feel more secure and in control of my situation. I highly recommend their services to anyone facing similar challenges. You won't find a more reliable and compassionate team to help you through these difficult times. Gratefully,

Christian with IdentityIQ was extremely helpful and supportive of all my questions (and I had a ton of them) just because there were a few things that were admittedly a little tricky. But all of the other sales reps I ran into were also very helpful and accommodating so when I had a problem, they were able to fill in the gaps especially when I was confused or disappointed with any of my purchases. Also, I found IdentityIQ invaluable because they worked with me on the price so I was never able to cancel the service in good conscience just because the value was unbeatable and the customer service team was ALWAYS 1000% kind, efficient, and understanding. Very very happy with my experience!!!

Mark was a great help & a warm heart. Made me feel comfortable & assured that I would get the best service possible.
