This company is a joke
This company is a joke. They REFUSE to issue a return authorization in order to send back their product , which is poorly made. Out of the box, the wig looks like it was worn and it does not in any way look like it was advertised. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. YOU WILL GET THE RUNAROUND & THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY.

Do not order from this company!!
Do not order from this company!!! You do not get the same wigs they show on their web site. The wigs look like have been worn for years. Forget about trying to contact them. It is a lost cause. No style and not the same color. The wigs look like they cost $2.00

Be aware of cap sizes
I ordered a wig, it is beautiful, but does not fit my head. It is too small to get on my head. People be aware of your cap size. Mine is medium, size 22. And if they aren’t advertising a cap size, do not buy,. Because you’ll have a hard time getting a refund or exchange. I followed the return/exchange policy and submitted for a ticket twice, and have not heard from them about any tickets, instead they e-mailed me and offered me a discount on another wig. I don’t want another wig. I want a refund or exchange. Be very careful of what you are buying. You’ll regret it Other than that, they were great on delivery.

I am one unhappy customer
The representative claimed to be the only person available. She was going to have someone contact me and suggested I send an email. They even offered me a deal because they didn’t want to refund my money.
