Have been buying from here for several years, most are great, only a few I didn't like.

This website is a fake. I ordered a wig from them and it was a total trash. Don't be fooled by the beautiful pictures...save your money.

I ordered 2 wigs and received 2 but nit what I ordered. They had me send pictures of what I ordered versus what I got. Told to send copy of tracking number when returned which I did. Post office shows it was revue ed they saud they never received them. Out of wigs and the money.

Would like more color options

The wig I received was wispy thin and dry, not to mention how horribly it smelled! Returning it is more trouble and more time, money and trouble than the wig is actually worth. Your return policy is worse than the pathetic product you're selling. It started to shed the minute I took it out and attempted to comb it out. I was never so disappointed as when I opened the box and took that thing out and the odor hit me! I will never order from you again, or recommend you to my wig-wearing friends. Your product is cheap looking and so-called customer service is unacceptable.

The Idefine wig site has so many styles, colors and options that made it sorta hard to choose only one....so I chose 4 instead. Lol :) I had fun reviewing the many choices that are available. Great site. Now I can hardly wait to receive them and see how they look on me.

Bad customer service I ordered 2 wigs from this company and they would not accept returns. I paid 128.24 for one and the other was 153.74. Their offer was a coupon for 40% off or a $25 refund. They said that I should take wig to stylist. They didn’t meet my expectations. I won’t buy from them ever again. Be 100% sure that the wig is what you want. Their return policy isn’t customer friendly.

The variety of choices that included bangs was a plus. The wigs look very natural. I would love to have more precut wig options available.
