People who order from this company do not read the reviews like me. I am now seeing reviews that I had the same problems. You should be able to return the wig easily without 4 emails of what you need to do to return it and offering other options like discounts and saying your shipping overseas which will cost a lot. Now I have a $200 wig that I will never wear. Horrible, horrible customer service and if you read what was advertised about easy return, it’s a lie!! Oh, and when you do return it they have to inspect it first. Fine, but the turnaround time is still very long. You decide!

Wig looks nothing like what I ordered … Smelled like chemical soup ((barf gross))) !!! Had it processionally washed and styled to TRY to look like photo and no luck … The only good thing about the wig that gets 1 star for human hair … I over paid for crappy low quality… BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The wig I got looks nothing like the one I ordered, and it not even human hair! I feel as though I was scammed. I will never order another wig from idefine again.

I've ordered this wig several times before, so it was time to reorder. However, the wig they sent was not the one I ordered; it was completely different. I paid $150 for a wig I didn't request, and I don't like it. The quality was very cheap. The hair looked synthetic when it should have been real. At this point, I'm afraid to order from them again.

I placed an order only for idefine to use some bogus courier who lied saying they delivered and yet it was not delivered. Now they want to make me look like im a fool requesting images of the supposed delivery in some so called mailroom that doesn’t exist in my building yet I specifically stated that delivery is to be made to my unit. I want my package asap

Idefinewig wigs are not good quality not the ones I purchased. Their wigs never look the same what you see online. I bought one and the hair is garbage and some of is not worth the money they are too expensive.

HORRIBLE SMELL. Would not recommend this online wig shop. Cannot get smell out after multiple washes. Cannot even try on wig to judge quality of hair as cannot get it near my face as the smell is so bad. Too expensive to return ship. Threw in gargage. Huge waste of money

Avoid this company! I paid nearly $200 for a caramel brown wig, but they sent me a completely different color mixed with light blonde. When I sent them clear photographic proof that they made a mistake, instead of fixing it, they insulted me by offering a tiny fraction of my money back as a partial refund. ​This experience has been incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. They expect me to pay out-of-pocket to ship back an item they messed up. Save your money and buy elsewhere. Their customer service is a joke.
