Quality wigs

1. The wigs you see on the site are not the wigs you receive. 2. In order to return the wigs, you have to email them for permission. You won't get an authorization code right away, but will be forced send at least 4 emails with them haggling you to take it to a hairdresser to style it for you, offer pitiful discount for future purchases, take 10 different pics of the wigs with angles, in the sunlight, holding it, etc. 3. When you finally do get a return address, they give you mailing address without a name or suite number and they only want you to declare it for $5-10 dollars. (You know why). The postal worker told me I couldn't return it without a name and suite #. 4. You ask for the name an suite # again, and they'll reply with the same previous message without any additional info.

I have not heard from your company about the shipping date of my order placed on 6/19/24 and have taken the money for the purchase from my bank account. I emailed three times, placed several chats, and called today. All efforts to get my shipping date are fruitless. I need my ship date by the end of the day. Otherwise, I will refer your company to the Attorney Generals of the State of CA and the United States as a fraudulent company selling products on the Internet.

To order the wig was very good. The wig came quickly. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the product. I plan to return the wig. 1. I purchased the small wig and because the black strap is adjustable with hooks instead of Velcro, the wig didn't fit as well. 2. the cut was uneven; one side was noticeable longer than the other. 3. The wig smelled of cigarette smoke.
