I just received my wig DHL delivered it. It's beautiful hair but this is not the length I ordered. It's too short. It is not 16 or even 14 inches long. The model has 16inches in the picture. I would like to send this back for 18 inches, if this is16. It is too short I am expecting another one to be delivered I ordered two wigs because of the color and small cap size.

It's been 6 business days that my order is in processing and still not shipped which is 1-3 business days. Customer support is impossible to get a hold of. There is no one ever available on live chat support. No one responds to emails and now I called and after waiting about 1 minutes the answering service said no agents are available and disconnects the call. Order number 000189033.

Do not order from this site. It is a rip off. They say they offer refunds and exchanges but do not. The product does not match expectation.
