I'vs made several purchases before and I'm pleased with products.

The ordering process was great and very detailed. The wigs look very realistic. I will be a true beginner for front lace glue less wigs I always wore synthetic wigs but never a human hair glue less wig. So I hope you guys don’t disappoint me on my first try. I read the many reviews so that helped me make my mind over and try this new adventure for me.

Bella, I regret ordering from your website. “I Define Wig”. The return policy has been inconsistent in what is stated on the website and when speaking with you. I was sent a wig different from my order. In addition, the runaround you stated for me to do to return the wig shows that your company is one I would never do business with again. My experience will be passed along as a warning to others. Shame on you! Marva

I was able to find what I wanted right away. The style and color were spot on.

The wig was is a HOT MESS! They will not get another dime from me!!! It's poofed up at the top and won't lay down, also you can see where the stitching starts and end!!! Just messy all around!!!
