This is my first time shopping IDefine. The website is easy to search and navigate wig options. The selections and prices are great, love the discounts and free shipping. I have purchased my first wig and look forward to receiving the shipment.

Emailed you and have not received a response. It's been 6 days since I placed and paid for the wig and yet to receive a tracking number email or a response to my email. You have my money, where's my wig???

Like most other reviewers, I ordered a human hair wig from this company and paid $145. It was nothing like the picture on their website. When it arrived it looked as if someone stuck it in the socket. It was full of static electricity, and it did not look nothing like what I ordered. They also gave me two options to get a hair stylist to fix it for me or receive a $35 refund. I feel they are getting these wigs for maybe $15 or $20 bucks. Sell it high, knowing people are going to ask for a refund, so they pull the other scam of giving you a $35 refund, and still making over $150 to $200 profit, after issuing the refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. I am still stuck with a wig that looks like hell, and I'll probably never wear it, so I'm still out of $110.
