IdefinewigReviews of idefinewig.com

I didn’t like the wig I received and when trying to return it I was offered a 40% off next order or 40.00 discount off the wig I had. I did a PayPal installment plan and only one payment was taken from my acct. I was then offered 75.00 refund which at the time I had only paid 55.00. I declined the offers and told them via email that I only wanted the return address. They responded with needing pictures of uncut lace which I provided and I have yet to receive the return address. Be sure to use a payment plan so that you can stop payment if you don’t like your wig because you may experience the run around to return it.

The wigs are very pretty, however, there’s not enough ombre with blonde highlights

Not the same wig

Very Good Human Hair on the wigs

I am soooo impressed and love these wigs they are very natural and I get many compliments !!! I have placed my 4th order and will not buy anywhere else . Little pricey but quality is outstanding ..

This company do not use their pictures are AI and not real models you will be disappointed it’s all a scam I would give them no stars if I could I had to return a inferior wig which I paid £150.00 pounds to return cost me £32.00 the pictures you see is not what you get get avoid

I am very please with my unit. This is the third company I have ordered from, BUT the only one I was completely satisfied with. The texture of my wig is soft and the sizing is spot on. Testimony: I am an educator. My hair fell out after a VERY bad bout of Covid. I started wearing sew in weaves, and over that past 4 years, I have developed tension alopecia. I decided to take a break from weaves for at least a year. I have been searching for wigs all summer. As soon as I tried on my IDefine wig, I ordered another one. I plan to order several more to take me through the school year. Thank you.

The quality of the hair was very disappointing. It was wiry, dull and doll-like; not curly and glossy like the photo.
