You guys do not get back in a timely matter will not accept any return offers and I need a return authorization so I can get the first wig back that was not long enough and you guys are just running me in circles and I’m tired of it

This is my 2nd order. The 1st one was great. The one I made this evening was a little confusing. I was applying for Paypal pay later and I think I did but I ended up ordering the same wig 3xs!! I had to send a message so they'll cancel 2 orders. The wig I received is beautiful though. Now that I know what size wig cap I should order, everything going forward will be great

I have not been able to receive a confirmation email from this company regarding the 2 orders I placed, after several and countless phone calls. Now, If I do not receive anything from them soon regarding my orders I will be submitting a fraud complaint against them. Also, the weird thing is they keep sending these emails with sales on wigs and promotions, but they can't send my confirmation email and Order ID to me.
