Customer Service. Product quality. Cost. Style. When people do realize that I am wig wearing they often follow up with did you get it custom made.

When I received my wig after three weeks. It was not the shade that was advertised, it was not shaped like the one advertised and I had asked for a small cap wig but I am sure I got a medium cap. I had to take it to a professional hairdresser who looked at the wig advertised and what I received and agreed there was a number discrepancies as I described. She had to cut the hair and sew it inside in order to produce a decent wig I could wear. The reason why it was given a three star though was because the shade actually suited my complexion and the quality of the hair was very nice. It was just not constructed well. However because the quality of the hair was nice; I will consider given this company another chance.

I am currently awaiting a email from you in regards to my purchase. I have not received a shipping notice, or my purchase. This makes it hard to give a 5 star review

I appreciate that the website was not hard to navigate, I appreciate the questions that were asked by customers as some of those questions I had my self and so my questions were answered. I have not received my product yet, but the hair looks amazing. I am looking very forward to getting her.

I am still waiting for my order! Every inquiry says the wig needed special attention from the warehouse and they contacted them and told them to rush it. Needless to say there was nothing listed in the advertisement for the week that said it required extensive attention before it could be shipped. When I asked for a refund of my $120 they offered me $15 and I told them no. They have given me one more delivery date, but still have not offered a full refund.

I’m so disappointed! The wig cost me $300(Canadian) and it looks NOTHING like the wig shown. The wig I chose is a very popular one that pops up on the main page of their site (Glueless Beach Curly Wigs With Bangs) It’s not “natural black”either its jet black and the curl pattern is no where near the same. I ordered on June 13th and it arrived on June 24th. I would NOT recommend and will never order again. I tried to leave a review on their website but it wouldn’t allow me, probably because it wasn’t good.

Ordered my very first wig!! It is absolutely gorgeous I love the quality and feel.
