Dear Sarah, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We shipped your order quickly but it seems the courier has failed to adequately deliver. According to your tracking, there is a delay in transit but fortunately the package departed your nearest sorting facility this morning so it should be out for delivery within the next couple of days. A USPS representative mentioned that the cause of the delay is not mentioned in the tracking but they are pretty sure it has to do with that blizzard.
