SHIPPING TOOK WAY TOO LONG!
I placed an order on July 13, 2015 and waited until July 23, 2015 to receive my item. I feel that 10 days is way too long to wait for an item that I needed much, much sooner. For this reason, I will probably not use this company again!

Dear Kathleen, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. As mentioned in our phone conversation, your order was shipped out in a timely manner but the courier did take a little longer than usual to deliver. Unfortunately this was something that was out of our hands and once you contacted us with your concern, we did everything in our power to make sure your order was delivered. The USPS is usually good about getting packages delivered within 3 to 5 business days but there are the occasional few that take the full 8 business days to be delivered. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience and as an extent to our apology, we would like to offer you a $10 gift card in hopes that you will give us a second chance.
