Ideal Vitamins is the cheapest site for getting my natural supplements. My only problem is that shipping takes 5-8 days (as is indicated on their website) which is slower than other sites I use which arrive in 2-3 days. Sometimes I run out of my supplements before I receive my new shipment. They do offer auto-refill, but I don't like to order so much in advance, because I never know how my needs are going to change, and supplements are too expensive to order extra that I won't need. Lately I've been having problems with my orders being out of stock and that information is not reflected on the ordering page. Sometimes it can take over a week for them to even inform me that they haven't sent my order yet. This site is a life-saver for otherwise expensive supplements, but I have to rely on them less and less.

This is a great product, it helps my liver in particular. The only thing I wish is that the company could get the product out faster without having to pay for expedited shipping.

Ordered on Wednesday the 20th and shipped it to vacation home so that it would arrive during the week we were there, it was not shipped by the company until the following Tuesday the 26th, and arrived at vacation home on the Saturday the 30th, the day we left to drive back home, so I'm having to have it forwarded to me. So at this point I have nothing no product to review, and I ordered it 15 days ago at this point. Shipped was USPS so I waited and watched the tracking. If the product was not in stock or backordered at the time of my order, I got no notification of that so that I could adjust shipping. If it is just poor order fulfillment, well then that's a different story entirely. No idea if the product is good or bad, but so far my experience is FAR from satisfactory. They really did try to make things right, and I have upgraded my review stars from 1 to 4 based on their efforts (minus 1 star for not upgrading shipping as they said they should have done originally). They confirmed that the first package was/is probably stuck in USPS limbo, and appoligized for the shipping dely and said that it was an error on their part to not have upgrade my Wednesday order shipping due to the Monday holiday because they had to order my product in to then ship to me. Because I still was without a fulfilled order, they reshipped, or attempted to reship a new order directly from their supply house that was to arrive on the following Monday to set things straight. This did not happen, order failure, but I did get an email telling me about this order processing failure, and they followed up (as they said they would) with UPS Next Day Delivery to solve the problem which fulfilled my order. The second shipment arrived when they said it would. The product is as expected. The first package still hasn't arrived, 20 days post order, but this is a USPS forwarding issue at this point, but IdealVitamins did work very hard to fulfill my order. So, in summary, I WOULD recommend this company knowing that if you have a problem they will work hard to resolve it for you.

Good Adrenal Drops needed to keep my energy at least minimal. Just part of what I need as I keep experimenting with Chronic Fatigue, but the delivery was prompt and free and the price can't be beat. Much more expensive on other sites...

I ordered some homeopathic medicine from IdealVitamins. I am happy they carry the supplements because otherwise I would not be able to get them easily. Shipping was easy and fast. The only hitch was I was required to join the site before I could purchase my items. This is not such a big deal so I would still recommend the site, just thought I would mention it for others who might mind more.

The items I ordered were exactly what I got. The shipping took a while (10 business days), but it was free so I really can't complain! If you aren't in a hurry to receive your order, this is a great company to order from.

Perhaps this company should look into alternate transport for their products.

I purchased some homeopathics for my eczema and am very happy with my product. The only complaint I have is I wish the company would have sent it earlier. I ordered it on a sunday which I figured they send my order out on monday, but they ended up sending it out on wednesday and I got it on saturday. Otherwise everything went well.
