I purchased two office chairs from Icons of Manhattan. I would definitely recommend their products and service! The customer service I received was helpful and personable. Shipping was quick and efficient, especially considering I placed my order right before the holidays. The chairs are comfy, great quality for the price and I love the way they look in my home office!

Gorgeous chairs and easy assembly. We had a terrible experience with a seller on Amazon so we called IOM and spoke with them and were reassured of availability and delivery. IOM is very responsive online and via phone.

Chair arrived unexpectedly very fast and the quality of the chair is beautiful!! Worth it!!

My chair turned out so beautifully and arrived before I had expected! It's the perfect color and size for my office, and it's so comfortable. The only downside is that the images on the directions were pretty small to see and in black and white, but we figured it out. Would recommend!

I found a chair on Icons of Manhattan site but was skeptical since I had never heard of them. I called customer service on a Friday night, and spoke to someone who was really nice and explained they are new in business. They made me comfortable enough to order a chair which came in a reasonable time. The chair looks beautiful in my office and is very comfortable for at home work. I would recommend purchasing from them.

I ordered a chair for the first time from Icons of Manhattan. I was pleasantly surprised when the chair arrived much earlier than I anticipated. The instructions could have been a little clearer with a little more about care and maintenance of the chair, but they were good enough to put together what feels like a solid, functional chair. I never give 5 stars but if I could give 4.5 instead of 4 I would.

I purchased The Lounge chair (palisander) for my home office in my recently purchased house. Paired with the desk I purchased from a different website, my office is trending towards a modernized fifties look. Highly recommend shopping with Icons of Manhattan for any of your decorative desires. Shipping was incredibly quick; does require assembly, but directions are provided for those that use those.
