I purchased a chair from Icons of Manhattan that's fine, though it doesn't really look like the pictures. I ordered the brown vegan leather and the leather that showed up is mottled and, frankly, cheap looking.

Good website and service

There seems to be no way to leave a review for products. We received chairs that were of questionable quality. I can log into the site but there is no option to review product. So where are all those reviews coming from?

Ordering was stress-free. But high quality it is not. After less than a year I'm needing to get a new chair. When I got the chair, I would sit in it a couple times a week, as I didn't do a lot of working from home. For the past two months I've been working from home daily, and get the sharpest back pain after sitting in this chair. I switch to sit in any other chair and the back pain goes away. I've noticed that it feels a little off-center, as if the chair is listing to the side. If I rotate the base I can get it close to centered, but it still lists enough to bring on the back pain after a day of work. The price isn't bad, but you know the saying: you get what you pay for. Chair looks great, but that's about the only thing going for it at this point.
